The NT311 series mini optical power meter and VFL all-in-one is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor yet is multifunctional. An embedded detector and laser give good protection. The unit offers automatic shutdown, three VFL modes, backlight display, wavelength memory, user calibration, a wide test range, lighting, RJ45 cable sequence and cable-tracker functions. It is mainly used for continuous optical signal power measurement, fibre link loss test and fibre line on-off test, and is widely used in cable construction and maintenance, fibre communication, fibre sensing and optical CATV.
